My wife Lydia is a graduate of MCH school of nursing in the early 1970's. Her graduation pin was lost and possibly taken. I would like to get a replacement one as a gift for her upcoming retirement. Feel free to contact me.

Thanks for posting my blog about Dr. Johnson. I actually wrote this several years ago when I worked at Children's Hospital and thought about it when I heard that he had passed away.  It was one of many memorable moments of my career. Those 2 years in the adult ICU also included caring for a young woman who had the first kidney transplant performed at County Hospital. Amazing that now it is a fairly "common place" procedure that is a gift to so many !

Hello from MSOE! It was wonderful to see so many happy, smiling faces at the MCGHSN Class of 1966 50th reunion celebration! From the looks of it, everyone who attended had a great time. Lots of hugs, lots of laughter! Remember to come back next year and every year after, too! Keep the connections going! I will mail to each person who attended the reunion group photos of both the luncheon on Friday as well as the Silver & Gold Dinner on Saturday. Look for those to arrive in your mailbox sometime in late August or early September. All the best! Cathy Varebrook Director, Alumni Affairs and Special Events

Can\'t wait to see you all.  Bringing some stuff.  I might need a suitcase.  How about our" Nursing 101" book.  Will be loading some pictures next week.  This site is great!  Just learning all this computer stuff, so don\'t expect too much.  Love,  Karen

I think I have all "Then" photos on the web & a fine looking crowd, I must say.  If by chance, there are spelling errors or any problems signing on to your profile, just let me know.  This was a little help, so now get busy & update your profile.
